Funny thing about The Jane, it&#8217;s not a comedy. It&#8217;s a contemplation on choices, mostly bad ones, and monogamy. On the very first Department of Tangents minicast, Williams told me that the Vimeo platform is a place where directors from UCB&#8217;s digital program can create things a bit more personal, a bit different from a short based on sketch comedy.
