It might be terrifying, it might be funny. It could be an homage classic monsters or something entirely new. Check back every morning for a new scare as we celebrate horror shorts! <\/em><\/p>\n<p>When Cthulu does finally call, it just feels right that your IT department will be the first to answer. So it goes in \u201cEldritch Code,\u201d an adaptation of the H.P. Lovecraft classic \u201cThe Call of Cthulu\u201d from filmmaker Ivan Radovic, based on the comic \u201cOne of Those Days\u201d by writer Glen Cadigan and artist Chee. <\/p>\n<p>I love all the little details in this one. It\u2019s worth watching twice \u2013 once all the way through and then again, pausing to read some of the language in the code or to take a closer look at what you may have assumed was a Starbucks cup. The tribute extends to the narrative, as well, which, like \u201cThe Call of Cthulu,\u201d is the first-person story of a man on a quest.
